Meet Our People

David Choi, Seoul

Executive Director

Years at C&W: 4

I have been in charge of C&W Korea’s Busan office since 2008. For the last 4 years, C&W Busan has been a leading player in the vitalization of real estate market and creation of new market in the south-eastern economic zone including cities of Busan, Ulsan, Pohang, Daegu, Gumi, Geoje and Jeju by applying its global values and standards.

I personally think one of the good reasons of working in C&W is that I could take C&W’s values, history and accumulated experiences as useful indicators for the next step. Added to this, I was also energised by the expansion of working scope and sphere via regional and human network of this global corporation.

Kai Chae, Seoul

Manager, Consulting Team

Years at C&W: 4.6

On graduating from college, I wanted to start my career with a company that values its employees in various ways. C&W has fulfilled this requirement in a superb manner as its management is very supportive, encouraging and committed to both the company's and my own success. Moreover, C&W has provided me with more than a competitive salary for building my career, opportunities for extensive growth, and much more. After almost 5 years at C&W, I feel that I am truly a part of this organization, and not just an employee or a number.

Joonie Hah, Seoul

Assistant Manager

Years at C&W: 2

C&W enables its employees to develop their career at their optimal level leveraging its global network as well as strong relationships with clients. Working with clients in various business sectors helps us in understanding the nature of each business unit whereby we gain knowledge of multiple industries. One of the greatest advantages of being an employee at C&W is the increased scope of social networking at local, regional, and global level regardless of industries and positions! I am very positive and feel confident that I am a part of C&W, the leading real estate player in the world.
