The Solution

With an all-out effort, we have conducted a one-year proposal, product planning and marketing strategy, and finally opened its show house on March 7th. Even though there had been growing concerns about the highest prices given the surrounding market, the competitive ratio stood at an average of 56 to 1 (maximum of 62 to 1).
